What is an Idiom ?

An Idiom is an expression that includes one or a selection of words that when spoken have a completely different meaning than you will see in the dictionary.  Idiomatic expressions are very common in England and it is true that if you learn idiomatic expressions that this will help you get a better score in an English exam such as the IELTS.  If you would like to practice the use of idioms, you should take a lesson with Philip.
